GIRLS SPINNEROOS PROGRAM 8 Week Program \| Every Tuesday at 4:30pm starting 8th October 2024 GCTTA is running a Girls Spinneroos in Term 4 supported by the Qld Govt Active Women and Girls Program. This is a Girls only program that has a limited capacity of 16 participants. Hurry! Spots are limited. Please Note: New and returning junior players can still join in the regular Junior Squad Training sessions on Tuesday & Thursday 4:30-6:00pm during school term. Womens Coaching Course FREE WOMEN & GIRLS COACHING COURSE Table Tennis QLD are pleased to offer a FREE Women & Girls Coaching course to be held on Saturday 16 November at Gold Coast Table Tennis Centre. The course is being offered FREE to eligible Members as part of the Active Women & Girls program funded by Queensland Sport & Recreation to create more opportunities for Women & Girls to get involved in coaching & officiating in sport and table tennis. Community Projects Program The Club was successful with being awarded a community grant from the City of Gold Coast as part of the 2024/25 Community Projects Program funding to purchase new Table Tennis Tables. The Club would like to say thanks and much appreciation to all personnel who worked on the installation of the new table tops. Gold Coast Table Tennis would like to acknowledge and thank the City of Gold Coast for the project funding!
Active Clubs Program Round 4 QLD Gov Active Club Grant The Department of Tourism and Sport provided $2500 (GST exclusive) to The Gold Coast Table Tennis Association Inc to support volunteers and provide flexible and safe physical activity opportunities to increase sport and recreation participation. VALE AGNES HERBERTSON It is with great sadness to announce the passing of "The Club Matriarch" Agnes Herbertson on 7th February 2024 at age 94.
