The Gold Coast AWD (Athletes with a Disability) program offers an environment for
players to enjoy table tennis through training and social play. The program
provides a platform for the development of new and existing AWD participants to continue
to improve. It also ensures the growth and sustainability of AWD networks and opportunities.
With the support of the Australian Paralympic Committee and Table Tennis Australia,
the program provides pathways for athletes to represent Australia at the Paralympic Games.
